The GGE Lab is an internationally recognized research group that works on the creation of computational methods to study the dynamics and regulation of expression genetic. We are looking for an enthusiastic and talented postdoc to join our group and help develop a new generation of bioinformatics solutions to integrate multi-omics data obtained with the latest genomic technologies.

Postdoctoral contract in the Gene Expression Genomics laboratory (Valencia) to work at the interface between multiomics, long reads and single-cell sequencing.

Candidates must have a PhD in computational biology or related discipline, with knowledge in R, Python and Java Script. Experience in NGS data analysis as well as wet lab technologies is recommended. The position is for 2 years and the gross salary range is €30,000 - €40,000/year.
